-small update 0.1.9.9

-small polish update:
*re adjusted buttons and button text.
*re moved player indicators in game.
*combined promotion button into 1 button
*renamed a few buttons
*properly displays scores at top of screen. ( changed text
*all font are now the same size except title.

-removed all other versions from download
cause they are not fully playable, and are missing promotion.
this is a stable version has not crashed so far....
