publisher linsance issues.

I'm trying to get a publisher licence...
how ever I'm not going into private money issues.

but my "financial advisor" (the one who runs my money),did not agree with the 440$ payment.
at least right now.
130$ shipping for a special usb stick costs, and 310$ for the licence yearly.
cause I'm from europe...it costs 40$ more.

how ever I will keep on developing.
and will include a debug.bat file.(although technical not legal)....but you can play the game.

I'm sorry but I'm just starting out.....

have to deal with Microsoft defender for a while longer.
(final barrier that is in my way....)

(just want to be honest, for me that is a lot of money, worth it ,but a lot.)

when I can spare the money ill fix this issue.
(now that i have all the time in the world to develop...I got got some great ideas....for 3.0,decided to continue for a while.....)
